IT Technician

The IT Technician will provide troubleshooting and support for Windows and Mac operating systems, deliver remote technical support, and assist with system diagnostics and problem-solving to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls from users and logging tickets in the ticketing system
Providing troubleshooting and support for both Windows and Mac operating systems, including Microsoft 365 products
Delivering remote technical support to clients to resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively
Conducting thorough system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to identify root causes and prevent future issues
Assisting with email issues and password resets
Working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements
Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions, and configurations for future reference
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting various hardware and software solutions
Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and macOS
Knowledge of networking protocols and cloud technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Outstanding problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong client relationships
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
