Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Oversee development projects of medium to high complexity and support sprint release cycles
Create and analyze business requirements and project timelines
Coach teams in estimation practices and facilitate accurate time and effort estimates
Drive iteration execution and ensure team focus by managing scope and protecting against unplanned work
Resolve project challenges, conflicts, and shifting business needs to maintain high performance
Collaborate with team leads to remove blockers and maintain workflow
Provide mentorship and indirect leadership to cross-functional team members
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and quality
Implement and uphold Agile principles, rules, and processes
Proactively identify and eliminate impediments to improve delivery flow
Maintain project data in management tools to support planning and execution
Present high‑level project updates to senior leadership
Support cross‑functional alignment around priorities and scope
Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email
Apply advanced project management knowledge and Agile experience
Lead large, cross‑functional project teams
Uphold organizational values including accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
Follow Quality Management System policies and procedures
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Demonstrate an inclusion mindset and model inclusive behaviors
Work proficiently on mobile or desktop devices for the majority of the workday
Travel locally between work locations and up to 5% of the time, including potential overnight travel

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
2+ years leading Agile sprints
Competency in coaching Agile Scrum implementation
Strong understanding of iterative and incremental development
Solid knowledge of Scrum theory, roles, and practices
Experience guiding technical teams through story/epic sizing and estimation
Working knowledge of Agile metrics such as burndown, velocity, backlog tracking, and user stories
Ability to bridge communication between technical and business teams
Experience conducting postmortem/root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
Expertise with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent)
PMI Project Management certification
Experience conceptualizing, documenting, and presenting solutions to senior leadership
