Responsibilities
Provide direct recruiting execution for multiple facilities, supporting the demand and needs of growth and changing work schedules
Execute sourcing strategies to recruit top talent and build robust pipelines
Serve as a team lead for a business vertical by aligning across facilities on best practices, escalations, data reporting and stakeholder collaboration to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled
Serve the team by providing mentorship, leadership and development for peers and team members
Manage marketing strategies and sourcing efforts for multiple facilities
Travel to facility hiring events as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in Talent Acquisition or another HR-related function
Experience recruiting hourly employees in a high-volume environment across multiple geographies
Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, or manufacturing
Knowledge of relationship management techniques
Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends
Ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions
Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities
Ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value
Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels
Ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy
