Senior Staff System Integration & Test/TPS Engineer

Responsibilities
Developing test programs to run on the Lockheed Martin LM-STAR, LM-CORE, and eCASS systems
Leading a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers
Collaborating with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering to coordinate efforts required to produce a tailored work product for customers
Participating in design reviews, strategy sessions, and customer support meetings
Participating in hiring events for new personnel
Qualification
Required
Project and technical leadership experience
Proven hardware/software integration skills
Working knowledge of standard electronics lab equipment
Good communication skills
Lead development of test programs written in either PAWS ATLAS and/or NI TestStand and LabWindows/CVI
Preferred
Test program development in TYX PAWS ATLAS, NI TestStand, NI LabWindows CVI, or NI LabVIEW
Proposal writing skills and familiarity with TINA requirements
Teradyne digital test programming
VHDL programming
FPGA experience
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and experience with Agile tools: Jira, GitLab
Control Account Management experience
Software builds experience
