Business Project Manager Intern

EchoStar builds solutions that help families and communities stay connected. They are seeking a Business Project Manager Intern to assist Program Managers with project schedules, documentation, and tracking objectives, while gaining hands-on experience in the wireless and technology industries.

Responsibilities

Assist Program Managers with developing schedules and identifying resources for various projects
Assist in the creation of project documentation such as charters, RACI, RAID, SWOT, Scope and solution documents and more
Support the tracking of project objectives, deliverables, and team member functions to ensure alignment with business goals
Learn and assist with driving projects through the phases of the traditional/waterfall project lifecycle
Help develop and prepare progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations
Support the team in analyzing current processes to suggest small improvements that promote effective operations
Collaborate with business units on documentation, including requirements, risks, issues, and meeting agendas
Coordinate and align resources for DISH Business team efforts on assigned smaller-scale projects
Be flexible, adaptive, and willing to be assigned to various support tasks across the DISH Business portfolio

Required

GPA 3.3 or above
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a related field of study
Must have 60 credit hours completed by May 2026
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams
High level of energy and strong organizational skills

Preferred

Familiarity with project management concepts (e.g., Waterfall or Agile methodologies) is a plus
Familiarity with Google Suite products, Clikcup, Jira, or similar project management tools is a plus
