Responsibilities
Receive, deposit, and post daily checks
Process credit card payments
Prepare weekly A/R and collection reports
Make collection calls for past-due accounts
Partner with the Sales team on collections
Assist with customer service phone overflow as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or accounting support
Experience with collections and customer follow-up
Knowledge of cash applications, posting payments, and reconciliations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting reports
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
