Responsibilities

Research, analyze, and document technical accounting conclusions on complex transactions
Oversee the accounting for investments
Collaborate and provide technical accounting support for M&A transactions
Lead or support ad-hoc projects
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in AccountingCPAFinancial ReportingAnalytical SkillsSEC ReportingAutomated Financial SystemsContingency PlanningInterpersonal SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in accounting or finance
Seven (7) years of experience in financial reporting and analysis in a large public accounting firm or complex accounting environment of a for-profit company, including experience using automated financial systems
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills required
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

Preferred

Master's Degree preferred
CPA preferred
Experience in SEC or other regulatory agency reporting or financial systems design may be required for some positions
