Have a valid driver's license and means of transportation to and from the office and off-site meetings (within Kootenai, Spokane, and Bonner counties)

Be tech-savvy and enjoy learning new software and systems through experimentation and research
In-person attendance at weekly team meetings on Tuesday morning in Post Falls
