Provides support to CDSS programs in the development of the Governor’s Budget
Ensures the Department has the resources needed to serve, aid, and protect needy and vulnerable children and adults in ways that strengthen and preserve families, encourage personal responsibility, and foster independence

Required

A Statement of Qualifications or Supplemental Questionnaire must be submitted along with your application to be considered for this position
Candidates who hold a 4-year college degree must submit a copy of their degree and non-college graduates must provide a copy of their college transcripts showing the required courses completed
You must include your unofficial transcripts for verification if meeting minimum qualifications with education
If selected, you may be required to provide official transcripts at the time of hire
You are required to complete employment history on the application form (STD 678)
Applications submitted without a Statement of Qualifications will not be considered
Resumes, letters, and other materials will not be evaluated or considered as a Statement of Qualifications
Candidates currently at the above classification or eligible for transfer, reinstatement, or list appointment are encouraged to apply
Transfers and Reinstatements must meet the Minimum Qualifications of the class pursuant to State Personnel Board Rule 250
Appointment is subject to SROA and state surplus policies
Failure to complete any portion of the required application package and/or failure to sign your application may result in disqualification from the hiring process
Completed applications and all required documents must be received or postmarked by the Final Filing Date in order to be considered
Individuals who are currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, eligible for reinstatement, have list or LEAP eligibility, are in the process of obtaining list eligibility, or have SROA and/or Surplus eligibility (please attach your letter, if available)
SROA and Surplus candidates are given priority; therefore, individuals with other eligibility may be considered in the event no SROA or Surplus candidates apply
