Ensuring that the Firm always has sufficient cash to meet requirements
Ensuring that the legal team is only working for paying clients
Working directly with clients on payment plans as long as the payment plan meets the Firm’s collections and financial goals
Reviewing and approving questionable payment plans with management
Qualification
Required
Experience as a paralegal or in a similar role
Knowledge of billing processes and A/R collections
Ability to manage payment plans and work directly with clients
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to helping clients navigate legal matters
