Patient Experience Ambassador
Main Line Health is seeking a part-time Patient Experience Ambassador at Riddle Hospital to support and enhance the experience of patients and their families in the Emergency Department. The role involves acting as a liaison between patients and clinical teams, ensuring that non-clinical needs are met while patients await care.

Responsibilities
Support and provide a stellar experience for patients and their families in the Emergency Department
Play an essential role in keeping patients and their families as comfortable as possible
Anticipate and meet non-clinical needs of patients as they await care by the clinical team
Act as a liaison between patients/families and the clinical teams
Create, implement, and champion patient experience initiatives in the Emergency Department to assist in improving the overall patient experience
Qualification
Required
Two years previous customer service experience
Graduation from high school or equivalent
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required prior to completion of unit orientation
Preferred
One year previous patient experience and clinical experience
Bachelors Degree
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred on hire
