Responsibilities
Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained
Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack
Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle
Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
Automates manual release activities
Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)
Qualification
Required
5+ yrs of develop and maintain Oracle database components including schemas, stored procedures, triggers, and related PL/SQL code
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures, ensuring reliability and performance
Implement and support data integrations involving XML and JSON parsing, API calls, and secure credential handling via Oracle Wallet and certificates
Perform Oracle database administration tasks, including performance troubleshooting and collaboration with the DBA team
Support application development teams by providing database expertise within a .NET/ORM‑driven environment
Ensure best practices in database design, security, and operational efficiency
Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex database issues and improving overall system performance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Payments Experience
Point of Sale Experience
Payment Gateway Experience
Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
Understanding of the .NET framework and object-oriented programming concepts
Front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as react and vue
Familiarity with software version control systems (e.g., Git)
