Responsibilities

Collaborating with ALLIED Hub leadership to design and deliver a high-quality asynchronous professional learning course that reflects the Hub’s priorities and supports the successful development and launch of the course within established timelines
Designing and developing a 4–6 hour asynchronous mini-course organized into clearly sequenced modules
Aligning course content with current research, evidence-based practices, and ALLIED Hub priorities
Developing module outlines, learning objectives, and key takeaways for each section
Creating instructional materials such as slide decks, readings, tools, templates, or job-embedded resources
Developing short video scripts or recorded micro-lectures, as appropriate to the course scope
Ensuring content is accessible, user-friendly, and applicable to real-world settings
Collaborating with ALLIED Hub leadership to ensure alignment with Drexel standards, branding, and quality expectations
Revising materials based on feedback prior to course publication
Delivering all final materials by agreed-upon deadlines

Qualification

Required

Terminal degree or advanced graduate degree in education or a related field
Demonstrated experience in curriculum or professional development design, higher education, adult learning, or K–12 leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience designing content for asynchronous or online learning environments
Experience working in a K-12 school setting
