Responsibilities
Processes Human Resources changes on an accurate and timely basis to meet processing deadlines
Review information, documents, and processes for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
Works with employees, managers, regional centers and customers to provide routine Human Resources information including forms, policies, reports, correspondence and other related data
Serves as a primary resource to internal and external customers regarding a variety of customer service issues promptly and professionally
Follow-up as needed to resolve questions
Provides a variety of administrative, computer, clerical, and supply functions necessary for the operation and support of Human Resources
Works as part of a team and frequently acts as a liaison between department staff and internal/external customers (communications, scheduling appointments, directing callers, maintaining department records/files, etc.)
Assists Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits in HR Administration
Administers Family Medical Leave and the Tuition Investment Program
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Human Resources, Healthcare or Business-related field
One year of Human Resources, Office, or Healthcare experience required
