Sr. ServiceNow Developer / Administrator

They are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator for a Contract position, responsible for developing, testing, and migrating ServiceNow instances, while acting as an intermediary between IT customers and the technical team.

Responsibilities
Developing, testing, migrating development work, upgrading/cloning ServiceNow instances. Currently, implementing ITSM, ITBM, ITAM and integrations
Learn TRS business and act as the intermediary between IT customers and technical team. Help to translate business requirements into actionable tasks. This may involve understanding requirements from user meetings, designing technical solutions and assisting in writing/implementing tasks
Work in an agile environment and ensure assignments are ready in a timely manner
Other ServiceNow team duties as assigned (for example: Attend all relevant ServiceNow meetings, Training/assistance admins & customers…)
Qualification
Required
10 years of IT SDLC experience
7 years of SDLC experience in ServiceNow
7 years of SDLC experience with ITSM applications
4 years of SDLC experience with ITBM applications
2 years of SDLC experience using Flow Designer
4 years of experience Integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party applications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - (certification)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - (certification)
Preferred
10 years of SDLC experience in ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - (certification)
Strong project management, customer service, and relationship management skills
Experience with Agile projects, ceremonies, daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, review and retrospective
Experience implementing Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset Management (ITAM), Automated Test Framework (ATF), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
