Responsibilities
Create, communicate, and own Talent Activation programs globally (such as talking talent sessions, promotions processes, development planning, performance reviews): driving and conducting needs analysis, creating and executing against talent plans/roadmaps, and reporting and audit of existing programs
Contribute to the creation, implementation, and management of Talent Activation programs and processes in order to achieve strategic business initiatives. This includes setting the program strategy, communicating the vision, and managing all aspects of implementation
Drive program goals and provide program management support. This includes defining project plans, managing implementation activities, and developing protocols, documentation, education, and communications for project rollout and ongoing management
Support streamlined user experience of key people processes, including identifying and operationalizing opportunities for process improvement and evolution
Create process improvement mechanisms including automation on some of the existing processes/ tools to ensure standardization and consistency as we scale
Identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of Talent Activation initiatives including the ability to dive deep and partner with People & Culture and other stakeholders to drive results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university
5+ years of HR experience working in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Project Management roles
Knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes, including performance management, promotions, succession planning, and talent development
Foundational understanding of core People & Culture processes and how they connect to and enable effective talent development
HR Project Management experience with experience in scoping, leading and delivering complex projects. The right candidate will have a track record of project management from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement
Knowledge of program management lifecycle and project management tools
Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills – with strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time sensitive matters and organized to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously
Possess a high level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information
Authorization to work in the USA is required for this role
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and/or an MBA highly preferred
