Responsibilities
Works on complex issues and regular machine PM independently
Installs assemblies and cabling onto equipment, and validates proper functionality
Assembles complex and advanced mechanical assemblies according to drawings, prints and assembly instructions
Performs equipment modifications as directed by development and manufacturing engineers
Maintains equipment and instrument according to standard calibration procedure
Liaises with the supplier and vendors in any support needed
Follows standard work safety and health protocols
Conducts 6S, to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years industry experience
Experience in data collection and report compilation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Capable in performing engineering experiments according to written instructions
Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly process documentation
Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical and machining skills
High School/ Technical School /Vocational school/College with technical level
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends with short notification time
Preferred
semiconductor working experience
Working experience in manufacturing equipment
Training experience related to Electro-Mechanical Engineering
