Responsibilities

Reviews incoming audio-visual equipment by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and reporting unacceptable equipment to the technician for review
Confirms products are in working order by confirming specifications and completing a physical check to ensure all parts and pieces are accounted for
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing any troubleshooting and entering data into RW database utilizing asset module notes in the specific barcode
Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, reporting any malfunctions to department lead via email and direct conversation
Begins familiarizing themselves with all equipment to be able to identify and organize all inventory within their location
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications
Other tasks as assigned within specific department or from operations management
