Responsibilities

Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents that align with clients' objectives
Counsel clients on probate and trust administration matters
Assist with wealth transfer, tax planning, and business succession planning
Build and maintain client relationships, delivering clear and empathetic guidance through complex decisions

Qualification

Juris Doctor (J.D.)Estate planning experienceIndiana Bar admissionDrafting skillsAnalytical skillsClient service commitmentInterpersonal skillsAttention to detail

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Indiana Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
Minimum of 3 years of estate planning experience

Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail and sensitivity to client needs
Commitment to excellent client service and professional integrity
