Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Execution : Translate organizational strategy into actionable plans that support operational performance, compliance, and client satisfaction
Lead High-Performing Teams : Manage and mentor direct reports across deposit operations and digital banking, promoting collaboration, engagement, and accountability
Elevate Operational Excellence : Identify, implement, and optimize systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Advance Digital Banking Strategy : Provide strategic oversight for digital platforms, online account opening, ACH, and mobile solutions
Manage Risk & Compliance : Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to lead audits, ensure adherence to policies, and proactively address emerging risks
Strengthen Vendor Partnerships : Oversee vendor relationships, due diligence, contract reviews, and service delivery across critical operational systems
Resolve Complex Issues : Provide leadership support for escalate d client issues and internal challenges related to operations or fraud
Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with IT, Fraud, Legal, and other departments to ensure operations align with business goals and regulatory expectations
Promote FFB Values : Model our culture and foster a team environment rooted in collaboration, accountability, and excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
7–10 years of operations leadership experience, preferably in a community or regional financial institution
Strong knowledge of banking systems, operations strategy, fraud mitigation, and digital banking
Proven leadership skills and the ability to coach, develop, and retain top-performing teams
Experience with process improvement and project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Ability occasionally to work at various locations within driving distance
Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday
Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet)
