Responsibilities
Assist Sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation
Support customer onboarding and maintain customer records in CRM/ERP systems
Enter and manage sales orders, pricing updates, and forecasts in ERP systems
Prepare and distribute sales reports, order summaries, and performance metrics
Ensure accuracy of contracts, pricing agreements, and sales documentation
Assist with invoicing coordination and resolve discrepancies as needed
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
Support scheduling, shipment tracking, and inventory availability communication
Escalate customer concerns to appropriate internal teams when necessary
Maintain organized digital and physical sales records
Assist with presentations, meetings, and customer visits
Support compliance with automotive customer requirements and company procedures
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Automotive manufacturing or Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier experience
Familiarity with customer portals and EDI systems
Experience supporting OEM or high-volume production customers
