Korean Women's Association (KWA) is a non-profit multicultural social service agency, and they are seeking an In Homecare Operations Manager (Data Analyst) to lead the operational and compliance success of their In-Home Care program. Lead the operational and compliance success of the In-Home Care program across all regions
Coordinate and track regulatory audits
Collect and analyze performance data
Maintain KPI dashboards and generate meaningful reports
Interpret datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to the internal KWA team
Ensure the program's excellence and adherence to compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Exceptional analytical skills
Strong experience with statistical software and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
Ability to interpret datasets, identify trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights
Strong organizational skills for coordinating audits in a timely manner
Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Ability to develop data-driven recommendations that leadership can adopt to enhance operational performance
Commitment to continuous improvement
Accuracy and completeness of all KPI reporting and dashboards
Timeliness and effectiveness in coordinating audits
Reduction in compliance violations or repeated audit findings
Alignment of systems and reports with strategic goals
