Responsibilities
Apply advanced AI models to uncover novel biological relationships and therapeutic hypotheses
Support target discovery, mechanism-of-action studies, and drug repurposing initiatives
Translate computational insights into actionable experimental strategies
Integrate multi-modal biological datasets to drive hypothesis generation
Collaborate with discovery and preclinical teams to advance programs toward proof-of-concept
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Computer Science, or related field
Extensive experience applying modern AI/ML approaches to biological or translational research problems
Strong understanding of drug discovery workflows and disease biology
Hands-on expertise with transformers, LLMs, GNNs, and model fine-tuning strategies
Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks
Experience integrating multi-omics and biomedical datasets
Ability to communicate complex computational concepts to diverse scientific audiences
