Allied Reliability is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with experience in packaging machinery to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training at customer locations throughout the Northeast Region. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

Conduct customer training and on-site technical support

Complete service reports and documentation

Work independently with minimal supervision

Travel 90% with extended commissioning assignments

Required

Minimum 2 years field technician experience

Experience with packing machines (Valve Baggers, Inline, FFS, VFFS machinery)

Advanced PLC knowledge

Allen Bradley: Studio 5000 and Panel View

Electrical systems

Mechanical knowledge

Industrial equipment experience

Ability to read/interpret electrical documentation and plant drawings

Valid passport or ability to obtain

Valid driver's license with clear record

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Technical degree OR equivalent experience/apprenticeship

Proficient English communication skills

Preferred

Siemens Tia Portal experience

SAP experience

TWIC Card and OSHA 10
