Responsibilities
Learn about Synthego's RNA synthesis process
Develop practical skills in process optimization
Use experimental design principles
Optimize parameters for oligonucleotide synthesis
Perform Data Analysis and present findings
Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with industry professionals
Opportunity to participate in networking events and company meetings
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or other similar degrees
Interest in learning about synthetic RNA/DNA
Interest in learning about process development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Ability to work for 10 weeks within a period in June to August
Preferred
Experience working in labs
Experience with Python or C
