Sales Xceleration Recruiting is a fast-growing provider of outsourced digital and physical gift card solutions. The Enterprise Sales Specialist – Strategic Partnerships is responsible for driving new platform partnerships across the POS, payments, fintech, and commerce technology landscape.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and engage high-value platforms with significant merchant networks and integration potential
Develop and manage relationships with C-suite and senior leaders across product, business development, strategy, and partnerships
Communicate ROI and merchant impact with clarity, demonstrating the value of embedding gift card solutions into partner ecosystems
Create structured engagement plans, manage the sales cycle, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain momentum
Work with marketing teams to build co-branded campaigns, conference plans, and targeted outreach strategies
Utilize warm introductions, referrals, and industry connections to reach decision-makers efficiently
Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and deliver consistent forecasting updates for executive visibility
Attend industry events, conferences, and partner summits as a visible ambassador for the brand

Required

7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (POS, payments, fintech, or SaaS preferred)
Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Skilled in navigating long, strategic sales cycles with a high degree of ownership
Familiarity with platform sales, technical integration, and ecosystem partnerships
Strong value-based selling approach with the ability to communicate ROI
Excellent CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating autonomously
Willingness to travel for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events
