Principal Technical Program Manager, Amazon Leo

Responsibilities

Drive alignment across Engineer, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Accounts Receivable, Customer Support, Sales and Business teams
Own project plans, align teams, track progress for multiple inter-connected work streams
Define and deliver programs with significant complexity and cross-org impact
Propose and drive innovation that will improve customer experience in a wide and diverse set of industries and locations
Keep stakeholders informed with status, holding teams accountable to their deliverables, identifying and resolving blocking issues to ensure delivery
Understand software design concepts and contribute to large scale architectural designs
Deliver the launch plans with internal and external stakeholders
Own communication to senior/executive leadership tracking progress across various workstreams
Manage new projects end-to-end and ensure high standards

Required

7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of software development experience

8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
