Business Development Center Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Center Representative to manage customer communications, schedule appointments, and support the sales and service departments.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming communication from customers
Facilitate appointments
Schedule service appointments
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Respond to online inquiries
Maintain strong customer relationships
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional phone and email etiquette to effectively engage with customers
Customer service, relationship building, and problem-solving skills to understand and meet client needs efficiently
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records and schedules
Technology skills, including familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and proficiency in standard office software
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar customer service or sales-related role is preferred but not required
Additional certifications or training in customer service or sales is a plus
