Responsibilities

Frontline IT support via in-person, remote, chat, and email
MacOS-heavy environment with some Windows support
Hardware/software troubleshooting and user onboarding
Imaging and configuring laptops (primarily Mac)
Supporting AV equipment and creative/editing tools
Managing tickets, documenting issues, and escalating when needed
Maintaining equipment, software, and license inventory
Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration

Required

5+ years of IT support experience (creative/agency environment is a plus)

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, MDM solutions, ticketing systems, and endpoint security
Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
