America's CAR-MART, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Clerk I to support daily treasury operations. The role involves creating cash reports, processing deposits, and providing backup documentation for reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely handling of transactions.

Responsibilities

Create daily cash receipt reports and support cash receipt reporting needs
Provide backup documentation for reconciliations as needed
Pull month-end bank statements as requested
Process chargebacks and returned items
Create and process corporate remote deposits
Process 'Sell-a-Friend' payments and related tax items
Prepare daily journal entries as needed
Complete additional duties as assigned by your manager

Qualification

Required

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
Basic understanding of accounting/finance processes (cash receipts, deposits, reconciliations, journal entries)
Comfort working with systems and spreadsheets; able to learn new tools quickly
Strong organization skills with the ability to meet daily deadlines
Professional communication and a team-first attitude
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity
Daily attendance is required to ensure time-sensitive treasury tasks are completed on schedule
