Responsibilities
Provides typing services for cardiovascular services including minutes, procedures, check requests, position postings, and leave requests
Assists with loading schedules in UKG, payroll processing, and timekeeping
Acts as a resource for Cath lab / EP / PCRU/ CT Surgery
Serves as liaison between other departments, employees, medical staff, and outside agencies. Manages calendars, meetings, and software support
Arranges, facilitates, and documents departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and creating presentations
Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum three years of clerical experience
