Responsibilities
Responsible for managing Accounts Receivable
Responsible for customer payments, applying payments, deposits, and daily banking
Responsible for invoicing and internal work order build-ups in our Aspen software
Assisting Parts, Service, and Rental departments with paperwork
Assisting the Controller with month-end closings, bank reconciliations, vendor maintenance and management, and more
Assist with floor plan audits for inventory finance
Work with locations on golf car and parts cycle counts and inventory control
Temporarily assist management with onboarding of new hires and basic human resources responsibilities to include company healthcare and retirement plan assistance
Other accounting or financial projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and/or 4+ years of accounting experience
Responsible for managing Accounts Receivable
Responsible for customer payments, applying payments, deposits, and daily banking
