Azoff Music Company is a new-model music, media, and entertainment company dedicated to investing in positively disruptive businesses that put artists and fans first. They are seeking an experienced, manager-level Talent Acquisition Consultant to temporarily lead their recruiting function while the current recruiter is on maternity leave.

Responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for roles up to the director level across all companies and departments
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to align hiring needs with business objectives
Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive and direct candidate outreach
Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, from requisition creation through offer acceptance
Leverage social media and other platforms to market opportunities and engage candidates
Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process
Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipelines, and priorities
Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
Support new hire orientation and onboarding in partnership with People & Culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Manager-level experience or demonstrated ability to operate independently and strategically
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Paylocity is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Proficiency with Jobvite and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
Experience recruiting sales roles is a plus
