Support pool upkeep and daily inspections
Complete light repairs and service requests
Work closely with residents, contractors, and your maintenance team
Qualification
Required
A reliable, team‑oriented problem solver
Comfortable with physical tasks (walking, lifting, stairs)
Willing to work some weekends/overtime
Completion of a Fair Housing seminar within one year
