2026-2027 Yearlong Marketing Graphic Design Intern
Chicago Transit Authority is the second largest transit system in the country! They are seeking a Marketing Graphic Design Intern to assist in reviewing, designing, and laying out marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across projects.

Responsibilities
Review, design, and layout conceptual and computer graphic design using software (Ex. InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, etc) for all marketing materials
Confer with stakeholders to ensure designs meet expectations and make revisions and edits as necessary
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Prioritize, coordinate, proofread, and produce illustrations for multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
Follow and maintain cohesive brand identity and guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. (Ex. logos, color schemes, typography, and other design elements)
Lead creative execution of new branding initiatives for marketing campaigns
Produce photographic images to be used in CTA's marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Full-time enrollment status in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Experience with TikTok Capcut
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Canva
The demands associated with the normal office environment
Must be able to comply with office policy to work on-site twice per week
Light physical activity, including walking outdoors and climbing stairs
Requires traveling throughout the city
Preferred
Preferred Major(s): Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Marketing, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications
Preferred Level of Education: College junior and above
