They are seeking a Quality Assurance Intern to support their Operations team, focusing on quality assurance initiatives and assisting with various projects throughout the summer program.

Responsibilities

Support process- and audit-focused quality assurance initiatives within the Operations team
Conduct quality audits using established QA checklists and defined procedures
Document audit findings, exceptions, and control gaps with a high level of accuracy and detail
Maintain exception logs and assist with trend analysis to identify recurring issues and process risks
Support root-cause analysis efforts and assist in developing recommended corrective actions
Assist with maintaining and updating standard operating procedures, control documentation, and audit logs
Participate in internal audits and assist with testing process changes
Support risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and other reporting platforms to track and analyze QA results

Required

Currently enrolled in and working toward an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
Available to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week summer program: June 2nd – August 6th, 2026
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of quality assurance, process improvement, or auditing concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to analyze data, document findings, and follow defined procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Preferred

Interest in financial services, operations, or compliance preferred but not required

Benefits

CFC offers a hybrid work schedule which includes three (3) core days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) remote workdays (Monday and Friday)
