Responsibilities
Support planning, coordination, and tracking of HR projects using Excel trackers and basic project dashboards
Prepare, clean, and maintain HR data (e.g., hiring metrics, turnover, engagement scores, training records) in Excel
Build and update simple Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to visualize HR metrics and trends
Assist with recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
Contribute to onboarding improvements (checklists, welcome materials, feedback surveys) and track related data
Support creation and updating of HR policies, process maps, and standardized templates/forms
Provide general HR administrative support
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong Microsoft skills, especially in Power BI (dashboards, visualizations, basic data modeling) and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting; attention to detail when handling HR information
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders
Good organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and project-based work; basic understanding of core HR functions is an advantage
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
