Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist
Taylor Metal Products is a leading manufacturer of high-end steel roofing and siding products. They are seeking a Reception/Admin Assistant to manage inbound calls, process customer paperwork, and provide support across various departments.

Responsibilities
Taking and directing a high volume of inbound phone calls utilizing a multi-line internet-based phone system (Primary Focus)
Achieving and maintaining all defined call service-related targets and goals
Placing outbound calls to customers once their orders are ready for pick up
Documenting customer action/details in CRM software
Process customer paperwork when they come into pick up orders
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/parcel shipments
Organizing and filing paperwork
Provide additional support to customer service and data entry teams as needed
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and activities
Additional office duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Great analytical skills and attention to detail
Competency in the use of Excel, Word, and other software applications
Critical thinking skills and ability to perform self-directed work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude with an understanding of the value of teamwork and outstanding customer service
Possess an interest and drive to learn and grow within the company
Be technologically savvy
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other Federal, State and local standards
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
Sit or stand for long periods of time
Able to lift packages up to 40 pounds
Typing skills and 10-key proficiency
Good time management skills - ability to maintain levels of productivity including backing-up other positions in the company
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to quickly and accurately input customer orders into a cloud-based system
Multi-line phone skills
Preferred
Previous admin or assistant experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing
CRM software experience desired
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data
