Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media & community strategies aligned with overall business goals
Create, edit, and publish daily content (text, images, video) that is engaging and brand-aligned
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction
Analyze key performance metrics (ROI, traffic, engagement) to evaluate and improve strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and social media & community platform developments
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid social advertising
Design and deliver offline marketing strategies, including roadshows, and exhibitions
Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in social media or related discipline
Proficiency on spoken and written in Arabic and English
Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, often with a portfolio of past campaigns
Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills
Proficiency with social media management tools and design tools
Ability to interpret data to inform and refine strategies
