Responsibilities

Identify and attract high-caliber talent using various online channels leveraging advanced sourcing techniques
Manage the sourcing of talent for multiple job openings at once while working closely with a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to understand their experience, skills, strengths, and requirements for their next career opportunity
Approach recruitment with a sales-oriented mindset, understanding the importance and urgency of matching top talent with the right opportunities and clients
Recognize and generate potential leads for business opportunities and client relationships
Collaborate with an Account Manager to ensure your search and sourcing tactics are optimized for identifying the right candidates
Work closely with an Account Manager to understand the client’s needs, client interaction process, and end-to-end client delivery across recruitment projects
Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates
Work closely with other internal teams to understand the broader business goals and objectives
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing methods to enhance recruiting strategies
Be open to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve performance and effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree
Open to recent college graduates or those with 1-3 years of professional experience (agency recruiting experience highly preferred)
A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities
A drive for ongoing professional development and growth within the organization
