Responsibilities
You will act as our product development lead liaising with global licensees as well as business development support to support the goals of the partnership
You will be responsible for supporting smooth and efficient development of licensed products and marketing activities
You will manage global licensee relationships from product development through retail and marketing execution, ensuring creative alignment and commercial success
You will identify and develop new business opportunities across existing brand partners and new brand partners, aligned with client priorities
Qualification
Required
2 - 4 years of experience in product development, licensing, consumer products, and/or brand management, ideally within fine art and fashion
A deep understanding of product and brand development, product lifecycles, and global retail trends
Proven success managing multiple high-profile brand partners
Keen awareness of priorities and able to execute with precision, diplomacy, and accountability
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, high expectation environment
Clear and persuasive communication style that is collaborative, proactive, and solution driven
