Responsibilities
Work with internal customers to understand their use cases and their existing solutions
Collaborate with partner engineering teams to drive the product roadmaps for compliance and safety
Address bottlenecks, provide customer input, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
Partner with multiple tech and product teams across multiple locations with varying sets of priorities to ensure a timely delivery of the solution
Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability
Have the ability to query and analyze data, and come up with insightful findings out of data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
