Responsibilities
Support the assembly, alignment, and testing of RF/Microwave electronic component builds—from printed circuit subassemblies to module‑level and full system integration
Create in‑process test procedures and data sheets for PCAs, module testing, and top‑level system verification
Design and develop system interface test fixtures for engineering and production needs
Review customer performance specifications (EQ specs) and all provided technical documentation
Interpret and apply requirements related to parts, materials, and manufacturing processes
Support high‑level system test activities including thermal cycling, thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and EMI testing
Prepare technical documents including failure reports, Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs), and recovery test plans
Generate engineering change notices (ECNs) for internal updates and customer approval
Develop complete End Item Data Packages (EIDPs) for customer review and acceptance
Maintain structured data management, ensuring test data is stored, organized, and accessible for internal use
Provide hands‑on test support for engineers, technicians, and engineering associates
Maintain and coordinate RF/Microwave tools, program‑specific test equipment, and related resources
Manage equipment rental and purchasing to ensure programs have required test assets

Knowledge of temperature compensation using NTC and PTC thermistors
Familiarity with EEE component selection and space‑grade requirements, including part evaluation and characterization
Familiarity with EEE component selection and space‑grade requirements, including screening, traceability, and derating
Familiarity with EEE component selection and space‑grade requirements, including radiation considerations for space applications
