Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineer Sr for the Integration and Test team within Simulation System Test (SST). The role involves defining verification methods, maintaining and executing verification procedures, and reporting test results for software-intensive systems.

Responsibilities
Apply system engineering techniques to impact the direction of products to design, develop, test, and support Shared Simulation Software products for multiple programs
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start
A collaborative, detail‑oriented engineer with a strong background in system integration and verification
Ability to apply system engineering techniques to impact the direction of products to design, develop, test, and support Shared Simulation Software products for multiple programs
Preferred
Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) System integration lab
Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile team environment
Experience with tracking tools (JIRA, GitLab, GitHub, etc)
Eggplant, Cucumber or other system test automation tooling
Experience with Omniview and Mission Planning conops
Ability to develop and communicate long term hardware integration strategies
Experience developing BOEs to support proposals
Technical leadership experience of small teams
Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
Security+ Certification
TS/SCI Clearance will be required for this role (Secret to start with Investigation in last 6 years)
