Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and organize structural integrity data from inspections, site reports, drawings, and systems
Analyze structural condition, performance, and risk data to support engineering decisions
Prepare technical inputs, calculations, summaries, and documentation for integrity assessments
Draft engineering recommendations aligned to approved standards and templates
Support structural audits, reviews, and maturity assessments by developing data packs and draft technical content
Maintain integrity registers, dashboards, and reporting tools
Assist with investigations into structural incidents by gathering facts and preparing technical summaries
Work closely with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to obtain information and complete deliverables
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in data and escalate them appropriately

Qualification

Required

Foundational experience applying engineering principles within standards and systems
Working knowledge of structural or civil engineering concepts, technical documentation, and data analysis
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and willingness to ask questions
Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams and disciplines
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and speak up about issues
Ability to travel internationally as needed

Preferred

Degree or studies in Materials, Civil, or Structural Engineering
CAD and SAP PM exposure
