Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day progress of one or more projects to implement design direction, maintain quality standards, achieve the highest level of service to Clients, support the Project Managers and Principals in tracking job costs and schedules, and lead and mentor junior team members in project role development to strengthen our team’s performance
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in architecture
Licensed or pursuing licensure
6-15 years of professional architectural experience
Recent experience managing the development of K12 projects
Experience coordinating consultants, specifications, managing production staff and project schedules
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Proficient with Revit and Microsoft Office (required)
Excellent written, oral and graphic communication skills
Displays consistency, dependability, reliability and accuracy, along with high attention to detail and client focus
Preferred
Proficient with Photoshop
