Sr Director, IT
MAG Aerospace is hiring for a Director of Information Technology who will lead enterprise technology strategy and operations to enable organizational success through innovative, secure, and scalable IT solutions. This position will oversee all technology components of the business while ensuring systems align with organizational goals and federal security requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives
Manage and lead IT teams including developers, security analysts, support technicians, and vendor relationships
Oversee enterprise hardware and software programs and infrastructure
Evaluate and ensure adherence to federal technology requirements for security and compliance
Collaborate with department leaders to understand IT requirements and implement solutions accordingly
Design and implement company-wide technology updates and enhancement programs
Conduct regular assessments of organizational systems to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities
Present technology recommendations and proposals to executive leadership and decision-makers
Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on new technology features and systems
Manage IT budget and vendor relationships for optimal cost-effectiveness
Create and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Oversee cybersecurity initiatives and incident response protocols
Support strategic planning and digital transformation initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in information technology roles
5+ years of management and leadership experience in IT environments
Proven experience managing diverse IT teams and cross-functional collaboration
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security frameworks. In particular hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, O365, ServiceNow
Experience with federal technology compliance requirements and security standards including CMMC 2.0 and the Risk Management Framework, ITAR, and implementation and operations of higher classification environments
Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives
Project management experience with large-scale technology implementations
Knowledge of budget management and vendor relationship management
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Secret clearance
US Citizenship required
