Responsibilities
Interpret user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to create effective testing strategies
Perform hands-on validation of new features and system enhancements across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms
Build automation coverage alongside manual test execution to support future regression and reuse
Validate application behavior, configurations, and integrations against defined standards and user expectations
Leverage SQL queries to identify, prepare, and validate test data during execution
Maintain detailed test artifacts, execution results, and traceability within a DevOps-based toolset
Identify defects, clearly document reproduction steps, and partner with developers through resolution
Participate in defect review sessions, risk discussions, and release readiness assessments
Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities with business stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document findings and explain issues to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously
Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and quality assurance fundamentals
Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
Hands-on familiarity with DevOps-oriented test management tools, preferably Azure DevOps
Experience executing tests across modern browsers and enterprise application environments
Comfortable working in highly collaborative, team-based settings
Manual and automated testing within enterprise or customer-facing applications
Test case authoring and management within tools such as Azure DevOps (or comparable platforms)
Writing and maintaining automated tests using tools such as Selenium
Querying relational databases using Oracle SQL Developer or similar tools
Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as C#, Python, or Java
Experience supporting DevOps workflows using tools like Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins
