Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end monthly field bonus calculation, including validation and reconciliation of large‑scale datasets (over $17M in monthly payouts across 5K+ bonuses)
Analyze bonus trends, variances, and key drivers to support leadership decision‑making
Prepare ad‑hoc reporting and financial analysis for leaders and cross‑functional partners
Partner with operations and finance teams during annual bonus plan reviews
Lead and support bonus‑related projects, including process improvements and system enhancements
Prepare journal entries such as accruals and reclasses impacting both the P&L and balance sheet
Analyze month‑over‑month fluctuations in the consolidated income statement
Complete balance sheet reconciliations related to bonuses and payroll items
Support internal and external audit requests while maintaining strong internal controls
Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of accounting experience with a strong track record of managing and analyzing large datasets accurately and efficiently
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with D365, Varicent, and Workday is a plus
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
A self‑starter mindset — comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and meeting tight deadlines
Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective under time‑sensitive or high‑pressure situations
Clear communicator who builds trust across teams
