Responsibilities

Lead core FP&A activities including annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting across the organization
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business planning decisions
Provide financial insight and guidance related to pricing strategies and asset-level economics to support long-term value creation
Support governance and financial evaluation of capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and appropriate financial rigor
Partner with operational and asset-focused teams to assess investment trade-offs, asset lifecycle strategies, and return on capital
Deliver clear, timely financial reporting and performance analysis to senior leadership and the Board
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with functional leaders, including G&A teams, to support expense management and resource optimization
Help evolve FP&A processes through improved forecasting methodologies, enhanced analytics, and greater automation
Collaborate with Finance Transformation and IT teams to maximize the value of enterprise financial systems and planning tools, including Oracle-based platforms
Explore emerging analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve insight, efficiency, and decision support
Lead, coach, and develop FP&A team members while fostering a collaborative, business-partner-oriented culture
Build strong relationships across Finance, Operations, Asset Management, and other key stakeholders to support alignment and transparency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including demonstrated leadership responsibility
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders
Experience working with large ERP and planning systems (e.g., Oracle, OneStream, etc.) and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
Proven ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment and influence outcomes across a matrixed organization
